Co. Antrim 8oz Grilled Sirloin, garlic and red wine puree, red wine sauce

Co. Antrim Crispy Pork Belly, butternut squash puree, savoy cabbage and cider soaked raisins

70% of all our vegetables are grown by ourselves at White Oak’s Farm. Our Fish is sourced by our Chef’s at Greencastle Harbour. Our meats are all 100% Northern Irish, we think it’s very important to use our own local product’s and use as much organic food as possible.
